2Can I cancel if I changed my mind?
Yes, there’s no locked-in contract between our agreement.
3Does your service hurt my credit score?
Due to the nature of the loan most payday lenders do not report to the credit bureaus. However, if anything we can always provide documentation to help remove that derogatory item.
4Why do my creditors continue to call me?
Unfortunately, there’s a reason on why they are called predatory lenders however, our Customer Care can always advise you on some options you can do to try and stop the phone calls.
5Do you make payments or pay off my creditors?
No we do not make payments to your lenders, instead, we work to eliminate the dismiss the debt completely.
6Can a lender garnish my wages?
Yes. Most times lenders will have you sign a voluntary wage garnishment when you take out the loan in case you default. However, we can stop the process if they did attempt while we’re validating the loan.
7Are you a law firm?

No, we do not offer loans. The way we relieve the loans is through our legal service.
11Do I need to close my bank account?
Although we do suggest to do so, our service does not require that you do to enroll. There are other options you can do and it’s something our specialists can help with.
12How soon does it start?
As soon as the first payment has been processed is when we start working on the document preparation.
